Biography of Father Raymond Guimond Born in the province of Quebec near Rimouski moved to Alberta at the age of 13 Attended college in Quebec, St-Boniface and St-Jean (in Edmonton) He studied for the priesthood at St-Boniface Seminary and St-Joseph’s Seminary and was ordained June 13 1964 Has served in several parishes in Alberta Special interests include adult education, teaching on the Sacred Scriptures and the documents of the church, promoting Eucharistic Adoration and has an active involvement in music, playing piano and recording He is co-founder and spiritual director of Ephphatha House - a Prayer and Retreat Centre devoted to the Divine Mercy and Consecrated to Our Lady. Also spiritual director for several prayer groups and numerous individuals. Presently the Chaplain of four hospitals in Edmonton, Alberta
